Services: Impact
Impact Assessment
I design and lead participatory impact assessment processes for organisations working in complex social and environmental contexts. My approach combines qualitative depth with quantitative rigour..
I work across themes such as education, livelihoods and economic inclusion, agroecology and sustainable value chains, conservation and climate resilience, migration, and civic engagement. Drawing on mixed methods—including arts-based tools where appropriate—I help organisations understand the difference they are making, involve the communities they are serving in a respectful way, and communicate results with integrity.
My practice is grounded in utilisation-focused evaluation, developmental evaluation, systems thinking, participatory evaluation and an understanding of power dynamics that shape both programmes and evidence. I am well versed in participatory rural appraisals and the use of arts-based methods.
“Inji is an expert in a very complex field and she always strives to contribute value, innovation and results beyond the scope of work. She is highly professional while at the same time being flexible and empathetic”
Strategic Planning
I facilitate strategic planning processes that help organisations clarify direction, always with impact in mind.
Through structured yet adaptive consltation processes, I support leadership and staff to move from fragmentation to shared purpose. My work pays attention not only to strategy on paper, but also to group dynamics. I work with organizations and networks that operate across countries and with diverse groups of stakeholders and that seek systems change.
Training
I design and deliver workshops and learning spaces that integrate critical reflection, creative methodologies, and practical tools.
Building on more than 20 years in the social sector, I offer sessions on impact assessment to different stakeholders. My courses and sessions included established entrepreneurs, post-graduate students, social enterprises, and beginners in the field of impact. My facilitation style prioritises the appropriation of methodologies.
Sessions can be tailored for NGOs, cross-country networks, foundations, and social enterprises, and may be paired with the co-creation of your MEL system.
